We provide a friendly and supportive service for builders, architects, HIP providers, eco-homes assessors and Local Authority Building Control Officers in providing New Build Domestic Energy Ratings in accordance with either Part L1A or L1B of the Building Regulations 2006 for the
following project types;
SAP Assessments
- On Construction PEA's and EPC's
- New Build Developments
- Extensions
- Conversions / Change of Use
- Renovations
In addition to the above services, we provide recommendations and calculations to our clients for achieving compliance with the Energy/C02 category of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
We work from architectural Building Regulation drawings (both electronic and paper copies) and do not need to visit your site to provide our service, we are able to provide assessments to
our clients anywhere in England and Wales.
Note: From 6 April 2008, All new build domestic dwellings completed after this date will automatically require an EPC for inclusion into a Home Information Pack (HIP). Only authorized On Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (OCDEA's) will be able to produce EPC's.
